First, once ZZKNOWN receives the final payment from the customer, the order is immediately submitted to the shipping department, which usually takes one day. The shipping department then contacts the freight forwarder to book space on the ship. Confirmation of this booking usually takes about 3 to 5 days, but sometimes it can be completed in just 2 to 3 days depending on the situation.

Once the space is confirmed, the next step is booking a container and loading the food trailer. This process usually takes 2 to 3 days, during which the container is delivered to the factory, and the food trailer is loaded. After the container is transported to the port, handles customs inspection and clearance, which generally requires another 2 to 3 days. Once cleared, the port begins loading the container onto the ship, preparing it for departure. This stage also typically takes about 2 to 3 days, and the entire sea freight journey usually lasts between 30 to 60 days.

Many customers are concerned about whether their food trailer will arrive in perfect condition. To ensure the safety of the food trailer during transport, ZZKNOWN implements several protective measures. First, the factory welds a steel frame to the bottom of the trailer to protect the chassis from damage during forklift handling. Additionally, the body of the food trailer is wrapped in plastic film and sponge to prevent cuts or scratches during transit.
